By using crystalpro.net or engaging CrystalPro for products and services, you agree to these terms. Specific engagements are governed by their signed proposals or agreements, which prevail over these general terms.
CrystalPro provides software products (including CrystalRide, RetailPOS.biz, RestroPOS and Studo) and development services. Features, timelines and pricing are defined in individual proposals.
CrystalPro retains ownership of its platforms, frameworks and pre-existing components. Custom deliverables are licensed or assigned as specified in the applicable agreement. Client data always remains the property of the client.
Invoices are payable per the schedule in the applicable proposal. Continued access to subscription products requires an active subscription.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrystalPro is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu having jurisdiction.
